Consider asking for a room away from the road for a quieter night's sleep, as noise can be an issue from late-night outings.

I really enjoyed the lovely atmosphere at Heritage. The staff at reception greeted me warmly, making me feel welcome. My room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. The food was quite tasty. I particularly liked the vegan tagine. the bathroom could use an update – it felt a bit outdated. I noticed some unpleasant odors in the hallways, which was a bit off-putting. Service in the restaurant was good, especially when they handled a small issue with my meal without fuss. I think a bit more attention to cleanliness in common areas would really enhance the overall experience.

Warm and Inviting Atmosphere, Excellent Staff
I recently enjoyed a delightful 1-night stay in a Classic Twin Room, where I was welcomed by very friendly staff. The spacious restaurant offered a good selection of well-prepared food, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It was a clean space and perfect for a quick trip to explore the local area. I think breakfast selection could be improved as the options felt somewhat limited.

Had a great time with friends here! We explored the stunning Brecon Beacons and checked out a local music festival, really enjoying what this part of Wales has to offer. The staff were attentive, making our stay way more enjoyable. Just a heads up, the bar area can get busy during events, so plan accordingly.
One downside was the delayed check-in process. We arrived ready to relax but had to wait quite a bit to get our keys, which was a bit frustrating after a long drive.
